On 25 May 2018 General Regulation on Data Protection started to hold true. Below you will find information about the processing of your data and the rules on which it will be carried out in ARLITY mobile application.
What data are we talking about?
It is about personal data that you provide during registration in the demo version of the ARLITY application, that is: first name, last name, e-mail address. In addition to personal data, it is necessary to access the following resources for proper operation of the application:
- Memory – The application has a screenshot function that allows you to make the photo to which ARLITY has no access and use it while working with the application,. Access to storage media is also necessary in order to save downloaded 3D models and video content used in augmented reality and their subsequent reading.
- Full Internet access – it is necessary to communicate with the ARLITY CLOUD service and to download 3D models and video content
- Access to the device’s camera – it is necessary to scan the surroundings and use augmented reality technology.
- Authorization to monitor the status of WiFi networks, 4G – the application requires access to the Internet to be able to download the required 3D models and video content. Permission to monitor allows it to inform the user about the lack of connection to the network and its negative impact on the operation of the application. The application does not have access to any files or other user data. It also does not have access to the microphone, it does not record sound or picture.
Who will be the administrator of your data?
The administrator of personal data collected by the application is ARLITY Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with headquarters in Zielona Góra, at Poznańska street , no. 18 a.
On what basis and how long will your data be processed?
The data is processed by ARLITY on the basis of a contract or on the basis of the user’s consent in the demo version. Consent to contact for marketing purposes is valid until cancelation.
Who can we provide data to?
We do not transfer data to other entities operating commercially, we do not sell them and we do not make them available free of charge. In accordance with applicable law, your data may be transferred to entities authorized to obtain them under applicable law, such as courts or law enforcement agencies – of course only if they make a request on the basis of an appropriate legal basis.
What rights do you have in relation to your data?
By downloading the demo version you agree to the processing of personal data and contact in marketing purposes.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by sending a message with such request to the following e-mail address: email@example.com. Withdrawing consent will cause blocking the application demo account.
You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, request its removal or restrict its processing. You have the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
What are the legal basis for processing your data?
Every processing of your data must be based on a proper legal basis, in accordance with applicable law. ARLITY processes the data based on your consent or based on the contract.
Is acceptance of the data processing obligatory?
Providing data, as well as consent to the processing of personal data and marketing contact is voluntary, but lack of it will make the use of the ARLITY application impossible.
The technology of augmented reality engages the user in a high degree, which is why, for the sake of the well-being of the youngest, it has been covered by parental supervision. Using the application does not require the use of devices not intended for children, such as Oculus or Daydream.
Responsible use of the application
Using the augmented reality in the real world in an irresponsible way may cause a health risk to the user of the application or people in his or her environment.
